Junior Engineer Customer Support

As Customer support your most important job is to make sure customers have an excellent experience dealing with PowerCell when they need support after the product is sold and delivered. Our customers are super important and are our partners in developing world-class zero-emission technology. And our Customer support specialists provide excellent service when it comes to making sure the customer's needs get through to the organization. Through your service and solution-oriented approach, you keep the customer informed and drive the complaint process internally.

You will assist the Customer Support Manager with:

- Interact with customers before, during and after the sale to ensure the customer has a good experience with PowerCell.

- Handle customer support cases by:
Gathering external and internal information, sharing and tracking customer support cases, and interacting with customers regarding status and closure/resolution.

- Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and similar activities to better support customers and learn how our systems work and what challenges exist.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Completed engineering degree
Good command of the English language
Good in documentation
Structured
Outgoing, service oriented and an excellent communicator
You are a team player as you will have many internal and external contacts in this role.
Experience with power electronics and/or control systems
